Silver Support Service
Health & Safety Policy Manual
- We will review of your current health and safety documentation and evaluate it against your business activities and current legislation. From this we will identify the level of compliance, any gaps within the current arrangements and provide a remediation action plan.
- We will develop, maintain and keep updated a full health & safety policy manual which will include:
- Organisational profile
- Policy statement of intent
- Organisational responsibility plan
- Management arrangements and procedures
- Implementation and operation programme
- Checking and corrective action
- Management review
- General Precautions & Guidance.
Site visit per year:
- You will receive a full day site visit carried out by an IOSH Chartered Health & Safety Practitioner registered on the HSE’s consultants register
- A full Health & Safety audit and a detailed report of our findings
- Remediation Action Plan, in plain English, for your implementation
- Peace of mind that you are not missing any reasonable foreseeable major hazards and an agreed way forward to address those you have.

Gold Support Service

Platinum Support Service

Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Completion of bespoke risk assessments and method statements/safe systems of work, for your organisation, to include:
- Workplace risk assessments
- COSHH assessments
- DSE assessment
- Manual handling assessments
- First aid assessments
We will also guide and mentor your managers in their implementation and use and keep them updated as required.
Fire Risk Assessment
We will conduct an annual fire risk assessment, with an action plan of recommendations.
‘Competent Person’ Service
We will act as your Regulation 7 Competent Health and Safety Advisors, as required under the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Accident/Incident Investigation
We will be on the scene, whenever you require, to conduct a thorough accident investigation and provide you with a comprehensive report for preventative measures.
Liaison with External Bodies
We will liaise with all relevant enforcement bodies (HSE, local authorities) on your behalf, wherever necessary.
